GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Terms of payment : Payment by bank transfer. Payment by invoice after shipment subject to prior approval by Yupcom bv.

Standard shipping conditions: Free of charge for orders over 250 € without VAT. For orders below 250 € excl. VAT, see the shipping costs according to the destination (FAQ).

Delivery time: The delivery time is generally 72 hours after receipt of payment if the product is in stock. For all other products, an order acknowledgement will be sent with the estimated delivery date. 

Responsibility: We cannot be held responsible for any damage to the goods or delay in delivery; the recipient must take recourse against the carrier in the event of anomalies, transport damage, missing packages, .... at the time of delivery and record the delivery note or the carrier's digital screen. We do not accept any responsibility for our supplies other than the replacement of products that would be deemed non-compliant after our expertise.

Return of material: No material can be returned without prior agreement. And within a maximum period of 15 days following the delivery date. The return of the goods must be done in their original packaging. Transport costs will be charged to the customer. Upon return of the material, any damage and/or lack of parts and accessories may be invoiced at the current rate. If the goods have been unpacked, a deduction of 15% may be applied to the invoiced price (participation in the costs of verification, restocking and credit notes). Unpacked consumables cannot be taken back.  

Reservation clause : All our sales are concluded with reservation of ownership. Consequently, the transfer of ownership of the goods sold to the buyer is suspended until full payment of the price. The risks shall be borne by the buyer upon delivery of the goods sold under reservation of ownership. He shall ensure at his own expense, risk and peril, the preservation, maintenance and use of the goods. He shall be responsible for any damage caused by the goods from the time of delivery.

Disputes: In the event of a dispute, the Commercial Court of the seller's location shall have sole jurisdiction.

Orders: Any order placed implies that the present conditions are accepted without restriction or reservation.
